May Tourney's feast, cooked with aplomb by kitcheners Magistra Rosemounde of Mercia and Master William McNaughton, was rather tasty. I particularly enjoyed the roast venison and the barley pottage. The fiery mustard was worthy of note, too. As Apicius, perhaps, might have written: "Epulum eram om nom nommus."
Master Will has kindly posted recipes to his blog.
